Oral Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentations will be live on Zoom meetings via the Engagez platform. Please prepare your slides so that you can screen-share them on Zoom.

Formal presentations are timed as follows:

  • Presentation: 10 minutes plus 5 minutes for Q&A- (Graph Challenge talks are 10 minutes including Q&A)
  • Speakers should aim for ~5 slides
  • More detailed information will be emailed to the authors
