Registration Fees
Registration: Paid registration includes keynote and plenary sessions, parallel technical sessions, poster sessions, tutorial sessions and Conference Proceedings. Presenting authors of a paper are required to pay the full conference registration fee.
Sponsorship Registration: In order to receive this admission item, you must be pre-approved by the Sponsoring Company/University.
*Complimentary Participation: Based on availability, this registration category will have access to the keynote and plenary sessions, parallel technical sessions, poster sessions, and tutorial sessions. This will not have access to or include the conference proceedings/technical papers. In addition, your attendee information will be provided to the sponsors of HPEC. Attendee information will NOT be shared with any other outside parties.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued after Monday, September 8, 2025. Prior to Monday, September 8, 2025 you may request a refund to k.safina@ieee.org. If approved, a refund will be processed minus the $50.00 processing fee.
