All submissions to the HPEC 2024 conference must be submitted through the conference submission web at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/hpec2024

If you already have an account with Microsoft Conference Management Tool (CMT) enter your email address and password to login.

New users to the must register. Use either the:
“Registration” link or the
“Create Account” link to register.
You will be prompted through the sign up wizard to create an account. Once your account has been created you may begin submitting to the conference. Please note that a short, text only abstract – up to 5,000 characters – is required, although you also have the option of uploading a file of your paper (up to 6 pages) in either .doc, .docx or .pdf format.
We hope you find this tool useful, as you will be able to login and view/update your submission until the submission deadline of July 7, 2024.

Paper submissions can be up to 6 pages and should use the approved IEEE templates.
Please Note: Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. All other accepted submissions will be published on the ieee-hpec.org web site.
